Ingredients:

-2 large white fish fillets

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

2 large eggs

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 large potatoes peeled and cut into ½-inch thick slices

-Olive oil for frying

-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Step-1. Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F.
Step-2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Step-3. In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
Step-4. In a third shallow bowl, add the panko breadcrumbs.
Step-5. Dip each fish fillet into the flour mixture, then into the egg, and finally into the panko breadcrumbs.
Step-6. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step-7. Add the fish to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
Step-8. Place the fish on a greased baking sheet and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
Step-9. Meanwhile, heat about 2 inches of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step-10. Add the potatoes to the skillet and fry until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Step-11. Remove the potatoes from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate.
Step-12. Season the chips with salt and pepper to taste.
Step-13. Serve the fish and chips with your favorite tartar sauce or ketchup.
