How To Make Best Ever Muffins?
These simple muffins can be made as is, or you can add one of several different ingredients to make a variety of muffins. All variations are delicious!

Ingredients
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup white sugar
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
Directions
Step 1:Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a muffin tray with 12 ramekins or line with paper cases.
Step 2:Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl and make a well in the center.
Step 3:Beat the eggs with a fork in a small bowl or 2-cup measuring cup; whisk in the milk and oil. Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture all at once; mix quickly and lightly with a fork until the dough is just moistened. The dough will be lumpy (fold in other ingredients if necessary; see variations below). Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tins, filling each 3/4 full.
Step 4:Bake in the preheated oven until the bottoms spring back when lightly pressed, about 25 minutes.
