How To Make Cream Cheese Brownie?
INGREDIENTS
- 2⁄3 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup cocoa
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 3⁄4 teaspoon vanilla
Cream Cheese Filling
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Mix flour, salt, and baking powder.
Step 3: Melt butter and remove from heat.
Step 4: Stir in the cocoa.
Step 5: Stir in the eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
Step 6: Fold in the dry ingredients.
Step 7: Pour half of the batter into a greased square baking dish or baking pan.
Step 8: Spread the cream cheese filling on top CAREFULLY!
Step 9: Cover with the remaining chocolate dough.
Step 10: Pull a knife through all the layers to create a marbled effect.
Step 11: Bake covered with aluminum foil or a glass lid for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the brownies comes out clean.
Step 12: Cream cheese filling: beat the cream cheese.
Step 13: Gradually add 1/3 cup sugar, 1 egg, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla until the filling is very smooth.
