How To Make Cream Filled Cupcakes?
These filled cupcakes are delicious and easy to make. A creamy filling is piped into the chocolate cupcakes using a piping bag. Frost them with your favourite chocolate icing.

Ingredients
Cupcakes:
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups white sugar
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
Filling:
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup shortening
- 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Step 1:Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). line 36 muffin tins with paper cups.
Step 2:Prepare the muffin tins: Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre and pour in the eggs, milk, water, oil and vanilla. Mix well.
Step 3:Fill each muffin tin halfway with batter.
Step 4:Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean, 15 to 20 minutes. Leave to cool.
Step 5:Prepare the filling: Beat butter and shortening in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in the icing sugar and salt. Gradually beat in the milk and vanilla. Beat until the mixture is light and fluffy. Pour the filling into a piping bag with a small nozzle.
Step 6:Once the muffins have cooled, push the tip through the bottom of the paper liner to fill each muffin.
