Ingredients
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 large eggs
- 24 OREO cookies, divided
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 (250 g) packages PHILADELPHIA Brick cream cheese, softened
Directions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2: Place 16 cookies in a resealable plastic bag. Flatten the bag to remove excess air, then seal the bag. Roll the cookies over the bag with a rolling pin and crush them finely. Place crushed cookies in a bowl. Add melted butter and mix well. Press the mixture firmly onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Step 3: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until well blended. Chop the remaining 8 cookies; gently stir half of the chopped cookies into the cream cheese mixture. Pour over the prepared crust; sprinkle the remaining chopped cookies on top.
