Ingredients
- 1/4 cupNestlé a+ Nourish Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 150 gms maida (All Purpose Flour)
- 150 gms butter
- 150 gms powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla Essence
- 2 tbsp Colour
- 1 tbsp cocoa Powder
- 1½ tsp baking Powder
Topping
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/4tin Nestlé MILKMAID
- 400 gms Nestlé a+ Nourish Dahi
Directions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180⁰ C. Line muffin/cupcake tray with paper cups.
Step 2: Sift together corn, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Set aside.
Step 3: Soften the butter in a bowl, add the powdered sugar and beat until creamy. Add vanilla extract and beat until blended. Slowly beat in the eggs, one at a time, then add the sifted corn mixture and beat well. Add milk and stir until a drop-like mixture forms. Mix in the red color and mix well.
Step 4: Pour batter into paper cups and bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean
Step 5: Remove from the oven and let cool for a while. Pipe the topping on the cake and decorate.
Step 6: Topping: strain the dahi in a muslin cloth for 20 minutes to let the curd hang. Place the aged curd, Nestlé MILKMAID, and butter in a bowl and beat until thick. Spoon into a piping bag and pipe onto the cooled cupcakes.
