 Instructions

Step 1:Preheat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Line the bottom and sides of a square baking dish (20 x 20 cm) with aluminum foil or parchment paper, leaving enough overhang on all sides of the baking dish so that it can be easily removed at the end. Set aside.
Step 2:In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and cornstarch. Set aside.
Step 3:Beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar with an electric hand mixer or stand mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, 3 to 4 minutes. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl if necessary. Add milk, vanilla, and salt and mix for 1 minute.
Step 4:Reduce speed to low and gradually beat in flour mixture until well blended. Be careful not to over mix or the batter will be too thick. Stir in the white chocolate French fries and crushed Biscoff cookies until evenly distributed. NOTE: You can reserve some crushed cookies to sprinkle on top before baking if desired.
Step 5:Spread the batter in an even layer on the bottom of the prepared pan.
Step 6:Place the Biscoff spread in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for about 15 seconds, then place small blobs of Biscoff spread on top of the blondie batter. Use a toothpick or butter knife to gently spread the spread into the remaining batter. Top with more crumbled cookies, if desired.
Step 7:Bake for 28 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center leaves just a few moist crumbs. It is very important NOT TO OVER-BAKE these blondies. The blondies may look very soft, but they will firm up as they cool.
Step 8:Place the mold on a wire rack and let cool completely, about 4 hours, before cutting.
Step 9:Lift the foil out of the mold with the excess on the sides and cut into bars. Store at room temperature for up to 5 days.
