Ingredients
- cooking spray
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 very ripe banana
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon almond extract
- 1 pinch of sea salt
Directions
Step 1:Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a muffin tray with cooking spray.
Step 2:Place the peanut butter, banana, honey, egg whites, almond extract, baking powder and sea salt in a blender and blend until smooth. Stir the chocolate crisps into the batter with a wooden spoon.
Step 3:Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin and fill each tin 3/4 full.
Step 4:Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean, about 9 minutes. cool in the tin for 5 minutes; then transfer to a baking rack to cool completely.
