Ingredients
- 1 (12-ounce) container of frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
- 3 ½ cups milk
- 2 (3.5 ounces) packages of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 32 ounces chocolate sandwich cookies with crème filling
Directions
Step 1:Finely grind chocolate cookies in a food processor; set crumbs aside.
Step 2:Place cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
Step 3:Whisk milk, whipping cream, and pudding mix in a separate large bowl; fold into cream cheese mixture until well blended.
Step 4:Alternate layers of crushed cookies and pudding mixture in a medium flowerpot, starting and ending with the cookies. Chill cake in the refrigerator until ready to serve and garnish as desired.
