Ingredients
- 1/2 tinNestlé MILKMAID
- 1/2 cup (75ml)Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk
- 125 gms maida (All-Purpose Flour)
- 50 gms cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp baking Powder
- 125 gms butter
- 75 gms sugar Powdered
- 2Eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped Walnut
Directions
- Grease a baking dish and sprinkle with corn. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Sift together corn, cocoa, and baking powder.
- Beat butter and sugar until light and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Fold the sifted ingredients from step 1 into the above mixture alternately with milk and Nestlé MILKMAID. Fold in chopped walnuts. Mix well and pour into greased pan.
- bake for 25-30 minutes or until cake springs back in the center when lightly pressed. cool for 5 minutes in the pan and turn out onto a wire rack. Cut as desired.
